Shipping Coverage
Tandem Vitality ships to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Rate
Flat $20 CAD per order, regardless of order size or destination within Canada.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders ship via Canada Post, with delivery typically within 1-2 business days.
Packaging
All temperature-sensitive compounds ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs as needed. Vials are padded and crush-protected.
Age Verification
All orders require age verification (18+) at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships.
