What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Every Tandem Vitality product is a research chemical supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, not supplements, and not intended for human or animal consumption.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. Tandem Vitality ships to Canadian addresses only. Flat-rate shipping is $20 per order.
What is included with every order?
Every order includes temperature-controlled packaging and tracked delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Canada.
How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Not at this time. Product pages do not make purity or third-party-testing claims without supporting documentation.
