1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Tandem Vitality are supplied for in vitro laboratory research purposes only.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older, a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, and that you will use the products in compliance with all applicable Canadian laws.
3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. No card payment is collected through the website. Customers who choose Interac e-Transfer receive payment instructions after checkout. Customers who choose Order Request — No Payment Now are contacted after the request is reviewed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tandem Vitality is not liable for any misuse of research products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
