About this Blend

KLOW extends the GLOW formula (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500) with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for anti-inflammatory signaling. The four-component blend is aimed at research spanning skin remodeling, inflammation, and gut-barrier models.

Proposed Mechanism

KPV is reported to act on inflammatory pathways including NF-κB inhibition in epithelial and immune cell models, complementing GHK-Cu’s matrix-remodeling profile and the repair mechanisms of BPC-157 and TB-500.
